They say they haven't gotten my returned items. Honestly, I ain't buying that. You better grab the pricey tracked label when sending stuff back to this company, or I reckon you won't get your cash back.

I spent £400 on two jackets, which were marketed as part of the current collection. However, the tags inside reveal they are from 2018, making them four years old. If these are genuine items, the quality is pretty subpar compared to the originals. This was my first experience with this company, and it was really disappointing. They’ve said they’ll refund me, but not for the shipping costs, and I’m still waiting to see how that plays out! The shipping was pricey since the items were expensive. I wouldn’t have bothered if the products had been accurately described. Seriously, don’t make the same error I did. I can’t, unfortunately, give this company a thumbs up.

I bought something from this company and ended up facing extra customs and import fees when it arrived. They acknowledged that they didn’t inform customers about this on their site. Their reasoning? They manage two websites, and the info was wrong on one of 'em.

Now, it’s on the customer to deal with these extra charges and the wait. This clearly contradicts trading standards. The support I got from Lois was terrible.

Steer clear of these untrustworthy folks.
